
Originate Sessions
Our Originate Sessions will take you through the whole process. From nailing down your first workshop title and content to having a marketable product you can hit the ‘send’ button on. We will work on identifying the types of establishments you would love to be playing or exhibiting in – here we will begin to consolidate your identity as an artist and create space for your personal art to live alongside your commercial art. Together we will learn how to target the absolute right audience for your work so that you can charge the appropriate amount and begin earning the income you desire.
By the end of our Originate Session you WILL be READY to book your first workshop/class/gig.

Curtain Raiser
Now that you have your first product up and running and you are feeling confident, it’s time to up the ante. It is time to launch that 8 week course. Perhaps it’s time to have less covers and more originals in your set – you have enough to cut an EP right? Curtain Raiser is going to make sure that happens. Along with developing your products, we will work on establishing congruency between what you say and what you do. Using the transferrable skills you picked up in Originate Sessions, we will bundle this new product for marketing and launching.

Headliner Act
Congratulations. You have been earning an income through your art for some time now and you have developed a great reputation. Our Headliner Act will focus on your leadership and keynote skills. Perhaps it is time to put a band together, or produce an event for Fringe, or be the principle in an exhibition. We will put together a manifesto you can work from to ensure you are not only working with the right people but you are also communicating your expectations clearly to reduce the risk of ‘artistic differences’ occurring and your project bumming out. We will work on the fine art of people management to ensure everyone finishes the project with a song in their heart and a willingness to collaborate in the future.

How our Imaginal Program is helping people with lived experience develop financial autonomy.
You don't need to be an artist or artisan with an NDIS plan to access our Business Development Consultant services. Any viable business idea qualifies.
The ongoing daily tasks required to build and maintain a profitable business can be overwhelming for many people. Most of us just want to get on with the 'fun' part of our business, the part we love, delivering or creating the product or service we sell. We have next to no interest in the 'boring' bits, the copy writing, SEO development, finding and establishing market places, creating networks, planning our time management, data entry, financial management. Yawn.
That's where we can help. Starting at the beginning, we take the time to understand you and your business, learn what your goals and dreams are, listen to what you are doing well and what you are struggling with. Then we divide up the work load. We take care of the bits that overwhelm you, we are there to rehearse conversations and meetings with people who provide market opportunities for your business and provide a supporting debrief afterwards, provide support during those meetings if that is helpful for your, help you develop strategies for managing your fears and worries and write the first drafts of blogs, emails, website content and social media posts.
As your confidence and skill set grows we will help you establish policies and procedures that will support your business and give you reliable guidelines for operation for now and in the future. Along the way we share our network with you and make the introductions appropriate for your business. And we develop a plan to fill any skills gaps you may have as your business grows.
